Initially announced on October 14, 2025 BIOCRYST PHARMACEUTICALS INC made a cash and stock offer for ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC of USD 8.55 and 0.59 shares per ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC shareholders on January 21, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 26, 2026. Trading in shares of ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC is expected to be halted effective January 23, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of ASTRIA THERAPEUTICS INC (ATXS.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
