Initially announced on February 25, 2022 FAR EASTONE TELECOM made a stock offer for ASIA PACIFIC TELECOM CO LTD of 0.0934406 shares per ASIA PACIFIC TELECOM CO LTD share held. ASIA PACIFIC TELECOM CO LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 15, 2022. The deal was approved by the Fair Trade Commission and the National Communications Commission. Trading in shares of ASIA PACIFIC TELECOM CO LTD is expected to be halted effective December 5, 2023.
