Acquisition | ASCENDAS HOSPITALITY TRUST | 17th December 2019

Due to the acquisition of ASCENDAS HOSPITALITY TRUST by ASCOTT RESIDENCE TRUST (ASRT.SI), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• ASCENDAS HOSPITALITY TRUST will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ASCOTT RESIDENCE TRUST (ASRT.SI) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/12/2019
