Acquisition | ARVIDA GROUP LTD. | 30th October 2024

On July 21 2024, STONEPEAK announced to acquire all outstanding common shares of ARVIDA GROUP LTD. Each ARVIDA GROUP LTD shareholder would receive NZD 1.7 in cash for every share held. On September 25 2024, ARVIDA GROUP LTD shareholders approved the scheme of arrangement on annual shareholder meeting. The last trading day of ARVIDA GROUP LTD shares will be October 29 2024 and Solactive will remove ARVIDA GROUP LTD from the indices on October 30 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ARVIDA GROUP LTD. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ARVIDA GROUP LTD. (ARV.NZ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/10/2024
