Acquisition | ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A | 15th October 2025

Initially announced on August 6, 2025 WESTERN MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP made an offer for ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC. Under the terms of the offer, ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A shareholders may elect to receive USD 25 in cash, 0.625 WESTERN MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP common units, or a combination of USD 7 in cash and 0.450 units in exchange for their shares. The cash consideration is subject to proration. Under the terms of the election, shares which are not subject to an effective election will be treated as non-electing shares and converted into the right to receive the Common Unit Election. The completion of the event is pending the approval of ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A shareholders on October 14, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 15, 2025. Trading in shares of ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A is expected to be halted effective October 15, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ARIS WATER SOLUTION INC-A (ARIS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/10/2025
