Initially announced on December 11, 2025 CYCLE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED made a cash offer for APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC of USD 0.088 per APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC share held and 1 CVR. The tender offer closes on January 27, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 28, 2026. Trading in shares of APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC is expected to be halted effective January 28, 2026. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) January 28, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of APPLIED THERAPEUTICS INC (APLT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
