Due to the acquisition of ANTERO MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP by  ANTERO MIDSTREAM GP LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

for:

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index
Solactive MLP Composite Index
Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP 30 Index

• ANTERO MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ANTERO MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/14/2019.

and for:

Solactive MLP & Energy Infrastructure Index

• ANTERO MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ANTERO MIDSTREAM GP LP will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/14/2019.
