Acquisition | ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC | 6th November 2025

Initially announced on April 24, 2025 UNITED PARCEL SERVICE-CL B made a cash offer for ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC of CAD 55 per ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC share held. ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 24, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 1, 2025. Trading in shares of ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC is expected to be halted effective November 5, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP INC (AND.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
