Due to the acquisition of AMERIGAS PARTNERS LP by UGI Corporation, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

AMERIGAS PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
The weight of AMERIGAS PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
