Acquisition | ALTERYX INC | 19th March 2024

On December 19, 2023, ALTERYX INC announced it entered into Definitive Agreement to be acquired by CLEARLAKE CAPITAL GROUP AND INSIGHT PARTNERS. ALTERYX shareholders will receive USD 48.25 per share held. The transaction, which was approved and recommended by ALTERYX Board of Directors, is expected to close in the first half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals, including shareholder approval and the receipt of required regulatory approvals. ALTERYX special general shareholder meeting, held on March 13, 2024, approved the merger. Once the remaining customary closing conditions are cleared, the following treatment will be applied on anticipated ALTERYX delisting date on March 19, 2024 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALTERYX INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALTERYX INC (AYX.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 19/03/2024
