Acquisition | ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD | 10th October 2024

On 9 May 2024, LDEC LTD announced a tender offer for all remaining shares of ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD. As per the offer terms, shareholders of ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD will receive JPY 5774 per share. The tender offer expired on 4 October 2024 and the acceptances reached 92.47% of issued share capital. As the free float of ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD has dropped below 15% as a result of the offer, Solactive will remove ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD, providing a two business day notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALPS LOGISTICS CO LTD (9055.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/10/2024
