Initially announced on December 18, 2023 Cama Commercial Group made a cash offer for ALMACENES EXITO SA BDR of USD 0.9053 per common share. Each ALMACENES EXITO SA BDR represents 4 common shares of the company. As of January 18, 2024, approximately 259,971,734 EXITO common shares had been tendered into the Colombian Tender Offer (including shares represented by BDRs), which, together with the EXITO common shares underlying ADSs tendered into the U.S. Tender Offer, constitute approximately 85.14% of the outstanding EXITO common shares. Since the free float of company has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove ALMACENES EXITO SA BDR giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALMACENES EXITO SA BDR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALMACENES EXITO SA BDR (EXCO32.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/01/2024
