Acquisition | ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC | 14th May 2025

On January 10, 2025 Aegros Bidco Limited and ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC announced a recommended acquisition by Bidco for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC for 64.75 pence per share. On March 13, 2025 ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC shareholders approved the scheme. As of March 20, 2025 all regulatory conditions have been satisfied. The Effective Date of the Scheme and suspension of dealings in ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC shares is expected to be on May 14, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALLIANCE PHARMA PLC (ALAPH.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/05/2025
