Acquisition | AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD | 1st May 2025

On February 28, 2025 AEON CO LTD ORD announced a takeover bid for AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD for JPY 5400 per share. Following the end of the tender period on April 24, 2025, the offeror controls 86.4 percent of AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD. In addition, since the Tender Offer has been successfully completed AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD shares are scheduled to be delisted following the required procedures. Due to the free float of AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD falling below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD from the indices effective (open) May 1, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AEON DELIGHT (JAPAN MAINTENANCE) ORD (9787.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/05/2025
