Acquisition | ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC | 10th December 2025

Initially announced on October 24, 2025 ELI LILLY & CO made a cash offer for ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC of USD 3.56 and a CVR per ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC share held. The tender offer is scheduled to expire one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on December 8, 2025. The subsequent Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 9, 2025. Trading in shares of ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC is expected to be halted effective December 9, 2025. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, and since the delisting was announced ad hoc, Solactive will remove ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC at its last close price effective December 10, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC will be removed from the Index.
The weight of ADVERUM BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC (ADVM.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
