Acquisition | ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD | 5th November 2025

On October 9, 2025 shareholders of ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD approved the scheme of acquisition whereby BIDVEST GROUP LTD will acquire entire share capital of ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD. Each shareholder of ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD will receive 75 ZAR in cash for every share held. The last day of trading in shares of ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD on JSE is expected to be November 4, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LTD ORD (AIPJ.J) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/11/2025
