Acquisition | ABERDEEN JAPAN EQUITY FUND I | 16th October 2025

On April 30, 2025, ABERDEEN JAPAN EQUITY FUND I announced a reorganization and merger into ABRDN GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND. The reorganization was completed on October 13, 2025, with the final conversion ratio confirmed as 0.378399 shares of ABRDN GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND per each ABERDEEN JAPAN EQUITY FUND I share held. ABERDEEN JAPAN EQUITY FUND I has been delisted effective October 13, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ABERDEEN JAPAN EQUITY FUND I will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ABRDN GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND (ASGI.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 16/10/2025
