Initially announced on March 10, 2025 BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB CO made a cash offer for 2SEVENTY BIO INC of USD 5 per 2SEVENTY BIO INC share held. The tender offer closes one minute after 11:59 pm ET on May 12, 2025, unless extended or terminated. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 13, 2025. Trading in shares of 2SEVENTY BIO INC is expected to be halted effective May 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• 2SEVENTY BIO INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of 2SEVENTY BIO INC (TSVT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
