UPDATE | Informative Notice | UNILEVER PLC | Timetable Revision

Further to the notice published on October 9, 2025 , Solactive AG notes the updated announcement by Unilever PLC (ULVR.L) regarding the revised timetable for the demerger of its Ice Cream Business and the subsequent share consolidation.

According to the latest update published by Unilever PLC on the London Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025, the ex-date for the spin-off of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. (TMICC) has been revised to December 8, 2025.

Trading in shares of TMICC on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam is now expected to commence on December 8, 2025. Consequently, the price of Unilever PLC (ULVR.L; ULVR.AS) will be quoted ex-Spin-Off from that date.

In line with the Solactive Equity Index Methodology, Solactive AG will treat this event as a spin-off effective December 8, 2025, whereby TMICC will be added to the index with a price of zero. The index calculation will transition to official market prices once trading in TMICC begins.

The proposed share consolidation of Unilever PLC will be implemented by Solactive AG once the final terms and effective date are confirmed.
