Initially announced on May 14, 2025, VENTOS AL?SIOS PARTICIPA??ES SOCIET?RIAS S.A made a cash offer for SERENA ENERGIA SA. The Offer expired on November 4, 2025. On November 4, 2025, SERENA ENERGIA SA has announced that VENTOS AL?SIOS PARTICIPA??ES SOCIET?RIAS S.A has acquired up to 64.8% of the SERENA ENERGIA SA shares for BRL 12.63. The tender offer result was announced with acceptances reaching 96.1 percent of the total shares outstanding of SERENA ENERGIA SA. On December 4, 2025, an EGM will be held to approve the compulsory redemption of the Remaining Shares. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SERENA ENERGIA SA giving 2 business days notice effective November 10, 2025 open.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SERENA ENERGIA SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SERENA ENERGIA SA (SRNA3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
