AMBIPAR PARTICIPACOES E EMPR announced that has filed for bankruptcy protection in Brazil and the United States on October 23, 2025. AMBIPAR PARTICIPACOES E EMPR will be removed from the index effective October 28, 2025. If it is not trading on the primary stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of AMBIPAR PARTICIPACOES E EMPR (AMBP3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
