On August 25, 2025 PIONEER FLOATING RATE FUND INC announced that shareholders approved the liquidation and dissolution of the fund. The Delisting is expected to be completed on October 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PIONEER FLOATING RATE FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PIONEER FLOATING RATE FUND INC (PHD.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
