Acquisition | APAX GLOBAL ALPH | 17th September 2025
On July 21, 2025 the boards of APAX GLOBAL ALPH and JANUS BIDCO LIMITED announced that they have agreed the terms of recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued share capital of APAX GLOBAL ALPH. Each shareholder of APAX GLOBAL ALPH will receive EUR 1.9 in cash for every share held. The shareholders approved the scheme on September 4, 2025. Subject to court sanction hearing expected on September 15, 2025 the last trading date is expected to be September 16, 2025.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- APAX GLOBAL ALPH will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of APAX GLOBAL ALPH (APAX.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 17/09/2025
