On Jun 10, 2025, TCG2505 Co. Ltd announced a tender offer to acquire the common shares of TRYT ORD through a tender offer. TRYT ORD shareholders can receive JPY 880 for every share held. On Jul 24, 2025, the tender offer result was announced with TCG2505 Co. Ltd controlling 95.83% of the share capital of TRYT ORD. As the free float has dropped below 15%, Solactive will remove TRYT ORD from the index effective on Jul 29, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TRYT ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TRYT ORD (9164.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/07/2025
