Initially announced on September 9, 2024 NBT BANCORP INC made a stock offer for EVANS BANCORP INC of 0.91 shares per EVANS BANCORP INC share held. EVANS BANCORP INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 20, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 5, 2025. Trading in shares of EVANS BANCORP INC is expected to be halted effective May 5, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EVANS BANCORP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of NBT BANCORP INC (NBTB.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
