Acquisition | PROBI AB | 22nd January 2025

On January 16, 2025 SYMRISE AG completed the recommended offer to PROBI AB shareholders with acceptances that correspond to 97.4 percent of the shares and votes in PROBI AB. Each shareholder of PROBI AB will receive SEK 350 in cash for every share held. SYMRISE AG extended the acceptance period to January 29 and will request the delisting of PROBI AB shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove PROBI AB giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PROBI AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PROBI AB (PROB.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/01/2025
