Initially announced on October 5, 2023, ELI LILLY & CO will acquire all of the outstanding shares of POINT BIOPHARMA GLOBAL INC by tender offer. The offer was originally set to expire at 5 pm November 16, 2023 EST. The acquisition was tentatively close on market open of November 17, 2023. And the trading of POINT BIOPHARMA GLOBAL INC was expected be halted from November 17, 2023 open.

Based on the recent filings by POINT BIOPHARMA GLOBAL INC and subsequent announcement made on the stock exchange, the offer is now scheduled to expire on 5 pm on December 1, 2023 unless extended or terminated. The subsequent merger is tentatively scheduled to close on a date to be announced (not November 17, 2023).
