Stock Distribution | FAR EAST HORIZON LTD ORD | 28th December 2023

On 6 December 2023, the Board announced that FAR EAST HORIZON LTD ORD has declared special dividend in the form of a distribution of HORIZON CD ORD. For every 27 shares held in FAR EAST HORIZON LTD ORD shareholders will receive 1 share of HORIZON CD ORD. The effective date of the stock distribution will be 28 December 2023.

• The spin-off company HORIZON CD ORD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
