Due to the redemption of HUDSON EXECUTIVE INVESTMENT, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of HUDSON EXECUTIVE INVESTMENT (HCII.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
