On November 10, 2023, APOLLO STRTG GRWTH CPTL II CL A ORD announced they will terminate the previously announced business combination and trading of its shares will be suspended on the NYSE from November 28, 2023. Each share will represent only the right to receive the per-share redemption price of approximately 10.58 USD.
