Methodology Change | Elwood Blockchain Global Equity Indices | Effective Date 02/01/2020

Today, on the 12/12/2019, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Solactive has determined that the definition of “Mining operations” (in section 4 “Index Universe”) of the methodology has the incorrect wording. Therefore the following changes will be made to the methodology. This does not change the selection process.

Changes to the Index Methodology

The Methodology changes will be implemented in the following points of the Index Guideline:

Section 4 “Index Universe”

The description of the “Mining operations” area will be changed from:

The development of software or techniques used in mining equipment production of the crypto-currency mining process

To:

The operation, maintenance, ownership or provision of services related to cryptocurrency mining facilities

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Indices.
