Announcement on 22nd January 2020

As of today, Solactive AG announces the following change in the calculation methodology of all indices administered and calculated by Solactive AG, which becomes effective on 26th January 2020 (“Effective Date”):

Currently Solactive AG uses spot foreign exchange rates published by the data provider Reuters for the intraday calculation of the levels of the indices administered or calculated by Solactive AG (“Affected Indices”). As of the Effective Date, Solactive AG will change the data source for the spot foreign exchange rates from Reuters to the data provider Intercontinental Exchange (“ICE”) for the intraday calculation of the levels of the Affected Indices.

Accordingly, the data source for the spot foreign exchange rates referred to in the index guidelines of the Affected Indices will be replaced and all references to Reuters in the index guidelines of the Affected Indices in this context will be construed and have to be understood as references to ICE with the Effective Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, Solactive AG will continue to use WM Fixing foreign exchange rates quoted by the data provider Reuters (WM/Reuters) for the calculation of the closing levels of the Affected Indices.
