On February 12, 2024, the NYSE announced the delisting of CROWN PROPTECH ACQUISITION-A as the company failed to complete a business combination by the deadline. Trading in shares of CROWN PROPTECH ACQUISITION-A will be suspended effective immediately. CROWN PROPTECH ACQUISITION-A will remain in the index at its last price until removal.
