EXPRESS announced a Change of Listing from NYSE to OTC on March 6, 2024. The Change of Listing is expected to be completed on March 7, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EXPRESS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EXPRESS (EXPR.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/03/2024
