BOLLINGER INNOVATIONS announced a change of listing from Nasdaq to the OTC Market. The change of listing is expected to be completed on October 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BOLLINGER INNOVATIONS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BOLLINGER INNOVATIONS (BINI.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
