Dear Customer,

Solactive AG notes the announcement made by Kerry Logistics Network Limited (0636.HK) dated 29 December 2023 in relation to declaration of special interim dividend by way of distribution in Specie of Shares of  KERRY EXPRESS THAILAND PCL (KEX.BK).

Each shareholder of Kerry Logistics Network Limited (0636.HK) can elect to receive either
1)    0.5019 share of KERRY EXPRESS THAILAND PCL (KEX.BK) OR
2)    Cash-in-lieu payment for KERRY EXPRESS THAILAND PCL (KEX.BK) shares which would otherwise have been distributed to them.

Shareholders who fail to make a valid election will be deemed to have elected Option 2(Default Option) which is cash distribution based on the offer price of THB 5.5 for every KEX.BK share.

Solactive AG will implement this event as a special dividend for Kerry Logistics Network Limited (0636.HK) effective 20 February 2024. The amount will be THB 2.76045 (Offer price of 5.5 THB * 0.5019).
