Due to the acquisition of URANIUM PARTICIPATION CORP by SPROTT PHYSICAL URANIUM TRUST (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• URANIUM PARTICIPATION CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of URANIUM PARTICIPATION CORP (U.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
