Acquisition | UNIEURO SPA | 14th November 2024

Initially announced on July 18, 2024 FNAC DARTY SA made a cash and stock offer for UNIEURO SPA of EUR 9 and 0.1 shares per UNIEURO SPA share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending October 25 and extended until November 11, 2024 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 91.1%. Due to the free float of UNIEURO SPA falling below 15%, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) November 14, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• UNIEURO SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of UNIEURO SPA (UNIR.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/11/2024
