Acquisition | TORTOISE SUSTAINABLE AND SOCIAL IMPACT TERM FUND | 13th November 2025

Initially announced on June 17, 2025 TORTOISE ENERGY INFRASTRUCTU made a stock offer for TORTOISE SUSTAINABLE AND SOCIAL IMPACT TERM FUND. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 13, 2025. Trading in shares of ECOFIN SUSTAINABLE AND SOCIAL IMPACT TERM FUND is expected to be halted effective November 10, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TORTOISE SUSTAINABLE AND SOCIAL IMPACT TERM FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TORTOISE ENERGY INFRASTRUCTU (TYG.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 13/11/2025
