Due to the acquisition of TEEKAY LNG PARTNERS LP by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• TEEKAY LNG PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TEEKAY LNG PARTNERS LP (TGP.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
