Initially announced on August 7, 2023 Nautic Partners made a cash offer for TABULA RASA HEALTHCARE INC of USD 10.5 per TABULA RASA HEALTHCARE INC share held. TABULA RASA HEALTHCARE INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 31, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 3, 2023. Trading in shares of TABULA RASA HEALTHCARE INC is expected to be halted effective November 3, 2023. TABULA RASA HEALTHCARE INC will remain in the index at its last close price until removal.
