Acquisition | SYNEOS HEALTH INC | 29th September 2023

At a special meeting held on August 2, 2023, the shareholders of SYNEOS HEALTH INC approved the proposed merger with Star Merger Sub, Inc. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Star Parent, Inc for USD 43 per share held. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on September 28, 2023. In anticipation of the closing, SYNEOS HEALTH INC will be halted immediately following the after-hours session on September 27, 2023. If the merger closes as anticipated, SYNEOS HEALTH INC will remain halted on September 28th and will be suspended effective September 29, 2023.

• SYNEOS HEALTH INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SYNEOS HEALTH INC (SYNH.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/09/2023
