Acquisition | SOCIETE POUR L INFORMATIQUE IN | 1st March 2024

On February 26, 2024 SOCIETE POUR L INFORMATIQUE IN announced that the Financial Markets Authority published the final results of the the simplified public tender offer initiated by the company itself for all shares of SOCIETE POUR L INFORMATIQUE IN. Each shareholder will receive EUR 70 in cash for every share held. Following the offer which expired on February 23, 2024 the company holds 90.38 percent of its shares and will submit a request for implementation of the squeeze-out procedure to the AMF. Trading in shares have been suspended since February 26, 2024 pending implementation of squeeze out and the stock is not expected to trade again. Solactive AG is hence proposing removal giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SOCIETE POUR L INFORMATIQUE IN will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SOCIETE POUR L INFORMATIQUE IN (IISP.PA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/03/2024
