Acquisition | SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. | 17th September 2025

Initially announced on May 27, 2025, CMA Terminals Atlantic S.A. made a cash offer for SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. of BRL 14.38 per SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. share held. The tender offer expired on September 11, 2025. Following the tender offer expiration, SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A announced that the offeror now holds 93.07 percent of its share capital. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. with 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SANTOS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES S.A. (STBP3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/09/2025
