Acquisition | PGT INNOVATIONS INC | 1st April 2024

Initially announced on January 17, 2024 MITER Brands made a cash offer for PGT INNOVATIONS INC of USD 42 per PGT INNOVATIONS INC share held. PGT INNOVATIONS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 18, 2024. The Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 28, 2024 with trading in shares of PGT INNOVATIONS INC expected to be halted effective March 28, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PGT INNOVATIONS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PGT INNOVATIONS INC (PGTI.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/04/2024
