Acquisition | OHB SE | 13th November 2023

Initially announced on August 7, 2023 KKR ORCHID LUX made a cash offer for OHB SE of EUR 44 per OHB SE share held. Tender offer results for the extended offer expired on November 6, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 93.39%, including shares directly held by the Bidder and persons acting jointly with the Bidder. As the free float of OHB SE has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove OHB SE from the index effective open November 13, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OHB SE will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OHB SE (OHBG.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/11/2023
