Initially announced on January 15, 2024 Persistence Capital Partners made a cash offer for NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC of CAD 18.50 plus one contingent value right (CVR) per NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC share held. NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 8, 2024. Trading in shares of NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC is expected to be halted effective March 21, 2024. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) March 21, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEIGHBOURLY PHARMACY INC (NBLY.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
