Due to the acquisition of MSG NETWORKS INC by MADISON SQUARE GARDEN ENTERTAINMENT CORP., the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• MSG NETWORKS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of MADISON SQUARE GARDEN ENTERTAINMENT CORP. (MSGE.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
