Acquisition | INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES | 4th March 2024

On August 18, 2023 TPG Real Estate Partners announced a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES. Each shareholder of INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES will receive EUR 21 in cash for every share held. The tender offer expired on 21 February 2024. Based on the results announced on 28 February 2024, the acquirer TPG Real Estate Partners holds 89.76 percent of entire share capital of INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES. The Offeror voluntarily reopens the Offer on 28 February 2024 until 28 March 2024. Since the free float of INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES has reduced below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES (PRIF.BR) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/03/2024
