Due to the acquisition of GUARANTY FEDERAL BANCSHARES INC by QCR HOLDINGS INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• GUARANTY FEDERAL BANCSHARES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GUARANTY FEDERAL BANCSHARES INC (GFED.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
